Every book leaves port packed like it’s the last of its kind. (Placeholder policy — review and adjust before launch.)

How We Pack

Graded slabs: bubble-wrapped, sandwiched between rigid board, and shipped in a sturdy box — never a padded mailer.
Raw books: bagged & boarded, then packed between cardboard stiffeners inside a box.
Orders ship within 2 business days of payment, Monday–Friday.

USPS Ground Advantage (tracked) for most orders.
USPS Priority Mail with insurance for orders over $250.
Signature confirmation on orders over $750.
Combined shipping is automatic — add as many books as you like to one cart.
Currently shipping within the United States. International buyers: contact us for a quote.

Graded books: returnable within 7 days of delivery if the slab arrives cracked or the book doesn’t match its cert and listing. CGC/CBCS grades are the grading company’s opinion, so we can’t accept returns over grade disagreements.
Raw books: returnable within 7 days if the condition is significantly not as described or photographed.
Books must come back in the same condition and packaging they shipped in. Contact us before sending anything back.
If damage happens in transit, keep all packaging and send us photos right away so we can file a carrier claim.
